Razzano Investment Management is the investment advisory division of Razzano Consulting, LLC (CRD #152666), 5237 Grove Mill Loop, Bradenton, Florida 34211.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your nonpublic personal information, consistent with applicable federal and state privacy and data security requirements. These safeguards may include: access controls and least-privilege permissions; multi-factor authentication; encryption and secure transmission where appropriate; secure client portals for document exchange; vendor/service provider due diligence and confidentiality requirements; employee training; and an incident response process.
Security Incident Notification. If we become aware of a security incident that involves unauthorized access to or use of client information, we will take reasonable steps to contain and investigate the incident and will provide notices to affected individuals and/or regulators as required by applicable law.
We collect your personal information, for example, when you: (1) provide information on applications or other forms; (2) open an account with a custodian; (3) enter into an advisory agreement; (4) provide tax documents or financial statements; (5) communicate with us by phone, email, video conference, or through a secure portal; or (6) make deposits, withdrawals, or transfers.
Federal and state law give you the right to limit only certain sharing. We do not share for marketing, and we share only as permitted by law to service your relationship and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. Razzano Investment Management does not share your information with affiliated companies for marketing purposes.
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control that perform services for us or for you (for example, custodians, technology providers, compliance or administrative vendors). We do not share your information with nonaffiliates for marketing purposes.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. We do not engage in joint marketing using your personal information.
We provide this notice to you when you become a client and at least annually thereafter, as required by applicable privacy laws. We may amend this notice from time to time. We will post the current version on our website and/or provide it to you upon request.
If you are no longer our client, we will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information in accordance with this notice and applicable law.
